Shipping

We have carefully chosen DHL as our shipping providor.  

We aim to despatch all parcels on the next business day following your purchase.

Shipping lead-times shown are business days only. Weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will add additional time to the lead-times quoted. Total journey days may also vary due to local travel restrictions.

For details of shipment fees for your location please refer to the Shipping page.  Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable.

For orders outside of the UK, local duties and taxes are payable by the customer in addition to the below shipping rates. These duties and taxes are not covered by Riand 28 and unfotunately we have no control over them.  These fees will be billed to you upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, if something is not quite right, you can return the item to us within 14 days to obtain a refund. Items must be returned to us unused with Riand 28 tags, packaging and labels still attached.

UK Customers

We provide free returns for customers in the UK. Customers wishing to return an item should contact us at returns@riand28.com to request a returns label. A member of our team will email a DHL label for you affix to the outside of your box along with full instructions on how to arrange a courier collection at your location. Once received, we will issue your refund within 48 hours.

International Customers

Customers outside of the UK wishing to return an item should contact us at returns@riand28.com to request a returns label. A member of our team will email a DHL return label to you along with full instructions on how to arrange a courier collection at your location.

For price for return labels please check the Returns page. These will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once received, we will issue your refund within 48 hours.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us at riand28@riand28.com. Please note that all shipping and returns charges are applicable for exchanges.

Sizing

Our sizing follows standard UK and EU sizes. Our sizing chart should offer clarity but if you have questions about specific pieces, please get in touch with us. Each product description references that specific piece and which size the model wears, as well as the fit of the product.

Payment

Riand 28 accepts all major credit cards and payment using Klarna, Appe pay and Google pay. Payment is taken as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

Order tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email to let you know that it is on its way to you. That email will contain a tracking link from the selected courier company, depending on where you are ordering from.
