We have carefully chosen DHL as our shipping provider.
We aim to despatch all parcels on the next business day following your purchase.
Shipping lead-times shown are business days only. Weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will add additional time to the lead-times quoted. Total journey days may also vary due to local travel restrictions.
Details of shipment fees for your location are shown below. Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable.
For orders outside of the UK, local duties and taxes are payable by the customer in addition to the below shipping rates. These duties and taxes are not covered by Riand 28 and unfortunately we have no control over them. These fees will be billed to you upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if something is not quite right, you can return the item to us within 14 days to obtain a refund. Items must be returned to us unused with Riand 28 tags, packaging and labels still attached.
UK Customers
We provide free returns for customers in the UK. Customers wishing to return an item should contact us at returns@riand28.com to request a returns label. A member of our team will email a DHL label for you affix to the outside of your box along with full instructions on how to arrange a courier collection at your location. Once received, we will issue your refund within 48 hours.
International Customers
Customers outside of the UK wishing to return an item should contact us at returns@riand28.com to request a returns label. A member of our team will email a DHL return label to you along with full instructions on how to arrange a courier collection at your location. Return labels are issued at the below prices and will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once received, we will issue your refund within 48 hours.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us at riand28@riand28.com. Please note that all shipping and returns charges are applicable for exchanges.
