Shipping
We have carefully selected our delivery and returns providers, which are DHL in the UK and Royal Mail / FedEx for the rest of the world. We deliver nationally at a cost of £4.95, Europe at £8 and the rest of the world at £12.
All orders if in stock will normally be sent within 1-2 working days (although this may be longer during busy periods). All orders for 'Pre-order' items will be sent once they are back in stock. This can range from 1-6 weeks depending on the item purchased. International deliveries can take some time depending on the destination address due to Brexit delays and Covid-19 restrictions. Please allow up to 3 weeks for Royal Mail Standard International Tracked delivery and 3-5 days for FedEx Express International delivery.
Please note that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees that are not calculated at checkout. We understand the frustration with ordering something from a different country without knowing the taxes and duties but please note that these costs are not covered by us and are expected to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately these costs are not something we have control over nor do we take responsibility for. These fees will be billed to you upon delivery. Returns
We endeavour to make sure that you are completely satisfied with any piece that you purchase from us. If there is an issue with the product that you have ordered or you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that each piece that you return is unworn, unaltered and is returned to us with all of the original tags and packaging, exactly as you received it. Please ensure that you include our returns form when sending your piece back to us.
